Pre-requisite: PHYS 201 or equivalent.

This is the page for the on-campus version of the course. For the Distance Education page, click here. (This class is delivered through Blackboard.) This is PHYS 202, the second term of a sequence. PHYS 201-203 is a three-term sequence designed for non-physical-science majors. It is appropriate for biology majors, pre-med and pre-vet students, as well as those majoring outside the sciences. Those wishing to major in engineering, chemistry, or geology should take the calculus-based physics sequence, PHYS 221-223.

Here is a page of downloadable study aids such as homework solutions, sample unit exams, and sample midterm exams. These will be added to as the term goes on.

Midterm Exam IIFebruary 29 (Friday) Note the change. Assuming you graduate within 4 years, you will never again have an exam on this day of the year.

Final ExamMarch 18 (Tuesday) 8-10
