Before Bed Start quantitative analysis of simplest model (could be analytical calculations or computer simulation)
Develop all models.

Friday

Morning Begin outline of paper.
Develop models. Determine optimum model.

Evening Models should be finished.
Coding of final model should begin.
Start writing paper.

Saturday

Day Finish coding/debugging, start running simulations.
Write paper.

Sunday

Day Finish Simulations.
Put results of simulations in paper.
Finish paper.
Make rough draft of abstract.

Monday

Day Write/Finish abstract.
Polish paper.
